YOGA
Importance of Yoga:
Yoga is an integral part of our life system. Practice yoga for life and not only for the body. The Ayurvedic system will help in removing the impurities of mind and body. It liberates your soul from all the stress, discomforts of life uniting it with the holy spirits.
Insomnia, irritation can be attached to stress, anxiety, and even depression. Medication is helpful in providing temporary relief only. In order to sense true happiness, positive life energy, those who wish to gain wider and enhanced perception about one’s own body should address the issue through a system of natural healing- yoga.
The traditional science is not just the remedy to cure sickness or grant physical health benefits — yoga is a way of life. Yoga is a physical, emotional, mental discipline of life. A life led by yogic principles free from all impurities, dejections and more — which ultimately result in the awakened soul, inner joy, and high spirits.
The ultimate purpose of yoga is to liberate the soul for eternal enhancement and evolution. Practice yoga for health benefits but more for a peaceful existence. Yoga is for the wellness of intellect and spirit.

Types of Mudras
You will learn all types of mudras and their effects on the body. You can control your senses using this and cure many diseases. We will teach all this practically to you.
Yoga Mudra is a science through which we transport our inner energy within ourselves, through which we can eradicate the disorders of our body. That means we practice Mudra to heal problems related to our body.
Mudra means posture/gesture in English. As we make different types of shapes and poses with our body in Asana, in the same way, we make different types of gestures by connecting the fingers of our hands.
There are 2 types of Yoga Mudra: Yogic Mudra and Hasta Mudra. So today we are only going to talk about Hand Mudras, also known as Finger Yoga.
There are various tiny holes on the fingertips of our hands, out of which energy is released from our body. Science has also proved that different types of Pranic energy emit from the fingers of our hands, which are present inside our body in the form of magnetic energy.
By doing the Hand Mudras, we do not allow this electromagnetic energy to come out from our body. As a result, the energy starts moving inside our body, and we can cure many diseases.
According to the research done by Indian saints, the power of Panch Tatwa is primarily in the five fingers of our hands. If we make some kind of shape by including these fingers, then we may be able to control the imbalance of the five elements within our body.
As we know, our universe is made up of five major elements. Based on this theory, our body is also made up of five major elements: Earth (Prithvi), Water (Jal), Fire (Agni), Air (Vayu), and Space (Akash).
These five elements in our body are nurtured based on our lifestyle, such as food, sleep, etc. But according to today's lifestyle, there is a lack or excess of these elements in our body (like acidity, which is an excess of Vayu Tatwa). This situation creates an imbalance in our body, which invites many diseases. So, to live a healthy life, it is important to maintain a balance between these elements.
- Little Finger (Kanishtha) – Jal Tattva (Water Element)
- Ring Finger (Anamika) – Prithvi Tattva (Earth Element)
- Middle Finger (Madhyama) – Akash Tattva (Sky/Space Element)
- Index Finger (Tarzana) – Vayu Tattva (Air Element)
- Thumb (Angutha) – Agni Tattva (Fire Element)
- As we know that in Yogic Asana we need a clean place, a teacher, and many more things are required. But Finger Yoga is very easy; you can do it anywhere, anytime, even in the office or on a flight.
- If we practice Hand Mudras with the right hand, it benefits the left part of our body, and if we practice with the left hand, it benefits the right part of our body. Therefore, Yoga Hand Mudras should be practiced with both hands so that it can benefit our whole body.
- Our aim is to stop the outgoing energy and balance the five elements in the body, so do not put pressure on the fingers and hands while practicing the Mudras.
- Sit on one Mudra for a total of at least 45 minutes. You can sit on a Mudra for 15 minutes by practicing the Hasta Mudra 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and evening).
Pranayam
Although Pranayam is rooted in Hinduism and is also present in Buddhism, it need not have any religious attachments in order to practice it. The name Pranayama comes from two Sanskrit words: Prana, meaning breath and yama which means control. In Sanskrit, though, the word prana actually has as many as 14 different meanings. All the definitions revolve around the concept of life force. It’s often interpreted to mean breath because in the yogic tradition the breath is known to be one of the life force’s key material forms. Other definitions of the word yama also refer to growth or expansion so Pranayam can also refer to expanding or growing the life force.
